Had my aircon serviced this week and it was a good experience. The technician was polite, professional, and answered my questions patiently. He did a thorough cleaning and checked the gas level as well. The aircon is cooling better now. Fair price and reliable service overall. Highly recommended.

Had a less-than-ideal experience with their aircon servicing. They suggested a chemical wash, which I felt wasn’t needed. After servicing, the unit leaked again. Upon checking myself, I found the drainage pipe wasn’t properly cleared. They apologised and offered to return, but I couldn’t arrange it. Appreciate the gesture, but overall a bit disappointing.

Should have googled them before engaging, a lot of reports of issues with them. Their mechanics also took something from my house without permission. This company is ran by Malaysians and somehow are allowed to keep creating more companies in Singapore (Air Habitat, LY aircon, Rocky Gan Aircon Services etc etc). Look up their phone numbers and you’ll find everything.
