Imagine rating someone 1star twice after getting 5FREE item. Kept asking “post harini ke? Saya dah bayar postage” even though my listing clearly said “no urgent order” I suggested to cancel awal2 but buyer said “jgn la macam tu saya memang nak brg awak ni” so I continued only charged RM8.10 postage. I already told I’d post when I’m free. Claimed I was rude just because I didnt say exactly when.

Yes, I can’t handle urgent postage.that’s why I clearly stated in my listing “no urgent order pls.” You said if I can’t post fast, I should pay from my own pocket? Wait… I GIVE for FREE and still have to cover your postage too? Yes it’s preloved,did I even charge you? Did I sell it?You only paid postage, which I don’t even get.Still demanded like I owe you.Next time, read properly.
11 months ago (edited)It's a buyer rights to have an update when you will posting out the item, i think this is ur first time berjual beli in this platform and i recommend you to learn more to be a polite seller, jual barang free bukan bermaksud you kena dengar cakap you je, i paid for the postage using my own money, not u. If you think you cannot handle with any urgent postage, next time you should pay the postage by your own money because you want buyer to obey with your "free time", learn more to be respect others
Gave >3 items FREE, buyer only paid postage but kept asking “okay pakai lama dah ke? ohhh dah pakai lama eh? memang almost every week pakai la ni”. Paid at night, next day rushed “dah pos ke? pos harini ke ” & “salam, by this weekend boleh post out ke?”. Clearly said no urgent. Just wanted to help, sadly jadi susah. We have work outside Carousell.

I changed my rating from 3 to 1 after buyer rated me 1 star twice & said I was rude. Who was rude first? Buyer kept asking “dah pakai lama ke oh almost every week pakai la ni” & pushed “bila post,post harini ke?” even tho my listing said no urgent order Used Carousell official delivery, buyer didnt know how it works yet called me rude. Got 5 FREE items only paid postage still so entitled.
11 months ago (edited)This seller thinks that he gave away all the items for free and she has the right to be rude and also she thinks tht she dont have the responsibilities to update me when she will be posting out the items, i really dont downbad to have ur item tbh, if you want it back your "5 Free Items" i can posting back out to u then its ok its not a big deal, you can just simply post out 5 items in one parcel, from there it can save the cost as you want to help ppl too, but right now you making it complicated
