I already used carousel for a few years and finally right now i experienced the worst seller ever, i know you're selling something for free but itu bukan reason untuk you being rude with me because you takda inform apa apa either you busy or not and when i tanya dia bila akan post out my things, she keep on answering me with a rude way, worst experience ever thank you😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

I normally dont leave a negative reviews, but i feel that this experience needs to be shared to help others avoid the same situation. I claimed a free item from this seller and while i truly appreciate people who give away things they no longer need, I believe basic communication and respect should still be part of any transaction either its FREE or not. Unfortunately, this seller was so rude.

Who was rude first? Keep on tanya “okay pakai lama dah ke? ohhh dah pakai lama eh memang almost every week pakai la ni you stay kl ke? if stay kl ingat nak lalamove je cepat sikit” even though my listing clearly said “no urgent order, by post only.” I offered to cancel but buyer said “jangan la macam tu, saya memang nak barang awak ni,” so I continued. Gave 5 free items, only paid postage RM8.10 . Very sad to get rated 1 star twice after just trying to help.
Very disappointed with this seller, there was no proper communication about when my item would be posted out and I had to keep chasing for updates, seller also didn't provide clear details about the item or the process, and its obvious they dont understand how Carousell works. On top of that, their responses were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend and definitely not a pleasant transaction.

This seller came across as extremely entiteld and ruse throughout the process. From the beginning, there was no proper communication or confirmation on when the item would be sent out, and she still habe the aidacity to called me rude for asking how lond did she used the item? is that the right question from a buyer to asked the seller? you will definitely get a bad experience from this seller 😅😅😅

Buyer received multiple FREE items, only paid postage, yet kept demanding updates even though it was clearly stated in the listing: “no urgent orders.” I responded politely, despite being asked many unnecessary questions (“pakai lama?”, “memang weekly pakai ke?”). Postage was paid late at night, yet by the next day buyer already chased: “dah pos ke? pos harini ke bukan ye? by this weekend boleh post out ke?” I am not a full-time seller — I was simply trying to help and clear space.
