Just had my home cleaned by Mya , she was very thorough and went the extra mile to do the cleaning. Had tried 5 other staff but she is by far the best. Justifies the 5 star reviews she has on her profile. Will definitely engage her again thank you Mya!

Iris was really efficient and detailed with her cleaning. She worked fast but still made sure everything was properly cleaned and neat. What I appreciated most was that she even took the initiative to help arrange and organize my things nicely without being asked. The whole place felt much cleaner and more comfortable after she was done.

We're very pleased with the service and all the hard work that RENA has put in today. She ensured that within the time span that was booked was fully utilised because she would ask if she could do more. For example - she pointed out if she could do the windows despite us only asking her to clean the living room. RENA has an amazing attitude and she did so with a big smile. This was our first time booking Camelia. Although she arrived late, she made up for it with her excellent work. Booked Melody for a 3 hour cleaning session and was pleased with the amount she covered within the timeframe. She would proactively ask if something needs to be done, or just go ahead to clean. For instance, when vacuuming the bedroom she made sure the various table surfaces were also covered. She was efficient with her cleaning. Will definitely book her again for cleaning.

They did an excellent job with great attention to detail — the finishing is neat and precise, and you can really see the quality in their workmanship. We were blessed with this amazing team from Nimbus Home: Nicholas, Luna, Jane and Julia. We engaged Nimbus Home to do a move out cleaning service for our rented place. We didn't expect much since we just had a bad experience with another cleaning company and thought it would be hard to find a good cleaning service. They even scrubbed the balcony clean which was always so dusty since its so close to the roads. Well, Nimbus Home definitely proved us wrong. There are quality cleaning companies around and Nimbus Home is definitely one of them! Was amazed and in shock at how thorough they were. They cleaned areas that one wouldn't think needs cleaning. They were able to remove tough stains on the induction cooker due to heavy cooking which we have tried to remove unsuccessfully. We tried Nimbus Homes for the first time this week and our cleaner Vivi did her job well, fast, and independently. We were pleasantly surprised because we had not expected much when we first tried. The support on WA is also responsive and the booking process on the website is convenient. I was booking in the evening for a 9am slot the next day and was unsure if it would get assigned a cleaner in time but Vivi arrived even earlier than schedule. We only booked a 3-hour slot and definitely should've gone for 4 to get the whole place done, but they still left the house spotless. We didn't have a working vacuum, so they had to sweep everything with a broom, yet they still managed to nail our priorities: interior windows, ceiling fans, and the bathrooms.
