Follow-up review
I informed you that I would prefer to get the luggage and refund the whole thing but you proceeded to open the luggage and break it apart anyway. I understand that you wanted to see the model number of the wheels but we were still discussing the return/refund details. I also informed you that I would rather bring it to a Samsonite service center to have it repaired and will give a full refund.

No right? so I didnt refuse refund I actually gave you a better option but you want to push the impossible. Least you could have done was to split costs on for the wheels since literally ALL 4 wheels were defective
