Seller was responsive and told me the luggage had no issues except for scratches. Picked up the luggage and went home back to the province to find that all 4 wheels were defective. Seller provided some refund but I had shell out money to buy all replacement wheels which was almost the same amount as price of the luggage. Basically paid double cause I trusted her words that there were "no issues"

Are you willing to pay for shipping from the province to MNL? No right? I gave you a better option which is to split the costs of the wheel but you only wanted to pay the cost of 1 wheel. If you didnt fail to check the condition of the luggage and claiming that it had no issues, this would have been a smooth transaction. Attaching photos of how bad the wheels are vs my luggage of the same model

I informed you that I would prefer to get the luggage and refund the whole thing but you proceeded to open the luggage and break it apart anyway. I understand that you wanted to see the model number of the wheels but we were still discussing the return/refund details. I also informed you that I would rather get it back and refund you the whole amount so I could bring it to a Samsonite service center but you refused. I don't see how it's fair to give a low review despite the return/refund option
