Seller stated she would only ask her sister to hang the necklace at the door after I completed the transfer. When I texted to confirm her paynow name, I received no reply. As the item was urgent, I assumed she was unresponsive and decided not to proceed. Later I found out she changed her mind and left the necklace at the door anyway without informing me. SOMEHOW I was suppose to head her mind
