I did not trust this account with no ratings or past actitity, the conversation made me suspicious. The person insisted on handling everything through WhatsApp. I followed my instinct and asked to stay on the platform. They became upset and left a revenge review. Carousel should not allow phishing accounts or unreasonable buyers to leave bad reviews when a seller is protecting themselves .
Actually this person was very unhelpful and insisted on me providing my phone number and payment upfront . With no opportunity to sight or know whereabouts of item being bought . This made me decide to discontinue the sale . This is the first time in many purchases I have had such a bad experience . This person will face POFMA charges as he/she continues this harassment and defamatory allegations
