Easy and accomodating seller
Follow-up review
Seller acknowledged the oversight after, but repeatedly called me a thief because she refused to believe I had already thrown the items away. She had said she would clear the sideboard before courier collection, so I reasonably assumed the remaining items were unwanted. Your error isnt my responsibility and demanding I search the rubbish chute to “prove” my integrity was unnecessarily upsetting.
Context for members : The buyer first sent the wrong Lala, then a 2nd one which I kindly waited for. Afterwards, the buyer became unavailable for payment while I remained perfectly courteous throughout. This courtesy was returned by poa_arttt allegedly throwing away belongings I forgot in a drawer without even sending a quick message. Very manipulative communication victim playing. One buyer with lack of decency won't erase the many other great experiences I 've had over the past 7 yrs.

I did not trust this account with no ratings or past actitity, the conversation made me suspicious. The person insisted on handling everything through WhatsApp. I followed my instinct and asked to stay on the platform. They became upset and left a revenge review. Carousel should not allow phishing accounts or unreasonable buyers to leave bad reviews when a seller is protecting themselves .
