Seller will send you incomplete items and won't tell you the real condition of the items. you will just discover it once you received the item. She's only willing to refund the cost of the clothes but not the shipping fee which is unfair on my end.
I'm willing to refund the full cost of the items if she returns everything. Shipping fee not included in refund even if you buy at high end stores, even in Shopee. Even under the PH Law of Sales, it states that "Buyer shoulders the shipping cost." She doesn't want to return the items so I sent the incomplete items (at my own cost) which I honestly forgotten to include in the original shipment. Beware of this buyer. Haggles too much and demands too much for low priced second hand clothes.
