Buyer chose COD for shipping, wasn't happy the item took too long to ship despite notice of work commitments, already apologized but buyer is still unhappy. Next time ask when shipping will be and pay for shipping ahead so that you don't have to "wait" at home for delivery.
You chose cod nasa Convo yan.. the problem is paasa po kayo. I know those excuses of your work and whatever errands you have but your excuses na di mo mapakita Sakin Ang waybill dahil nasa messenger or di mo Makita are just too lousy. Sana accept nalng po tayu Ng Mali natin wag maxadong perfect po. I have our Convo and LBC record will not lie. Thanks!
