Answered all his queries and asked him if he was 100% sure about purchasing the item, to which he responded yes. Offer was accepted and reservation was made with buyer’s acknowledgement but he still backed out in the end. Disappointed.

I also did not mention that because I had reserved the item for this buyer, I had told other buyers that the item was reserved and hence had to reject them. Simply put, deals were lost because of him. I’m sure he wouldn’t be happy if I had sold an item that was reserved for him either, so I’m not sure why he can’t understand and accept that it is his fault for not honouring his end of the deal
