Purchased and arranged Lalamove delivery. It looked fine based on listing and additional photo sent by the seller. Unfortunately, upon opening it, we found three large cockroaches, and the seat fabric was infested with cockroach eggs. To seller’s credit, he was apologetic, responsive, and promptly refunded us. Seller opted to collect back the stroller. Lesson learnt to inspect in person first.
