AVOID PURCHASING OFF Seller reals you in and you have to continually ask when your goods will be posted, gives you an invalid tracking number and won’t assist you in sorting out where your item actually is. Seller sabbotaged the goods sent which led to me fairly opening a dispute, seller got very bitchy and didn’t deliver any sort of customer service when in fact I just wanted the goods to arrive and in non damaged order. Seller refused to solve the problem, I would avoid as it’s not worth it
*sigh as I said before just because tracking doesnt update when you want it doesnt make it invalid. I sent you a photo of the parcel with its number when I posted it. You called me rude when I said to wait just in case it is delayed (which it was) I cannot control delivery time or tracking updates. I am not Auspost. How can I sabotage/damage an item after Ive posted it and its on it way? And more so why would I do such a thing and tarnish my feedback as a seller on Carousell?
