Poor communication, and quick to assume; for example I had reserved an item for a buyer who sent me a receipt of their payment to my bank account. This Carousell user assumed the reservation was for her when she hadn’t arranged meetup or payment of any kind. Then decided to leave negative feedback on my page due to her own poor communication skills. Quite disappointing really.
If you are going to call people names perhaps the facts should be used, I’m happy to upload all the screenshots from the communication, that you did accept my offer and it went to reserved. I then told you I would go in store to try on the ring to ensure it’s the right size, you agreed to that. I then asked when I could meet at your south Yarra or queen st meetup location and you read the messages and didn’t respond after that. Not good to LIE as the facts show the truth. Not classy
