The POC was very responsive and communication throughout the process was smooth and efficient. Movers handled the items professionally, with everything nicely wrapped and protected. Contacted a number of movers n in the end, decided on Zhicheng movers because it was the cheapest n Allen was very prompt in answering my questions. im very pleased with their service. The individual furniture such as cupboard, lamps etc were carefully wrapped for protection n they were on time. Liang n his assistant were also very friendly n polite. I would definitely engage them again.

Excellence, responsive and quick service. they accepted my urgent order and managed to pick up within 1 hour and deliver within 2 hours. Due to high restriction in condo, they needed to carry the item using staircase and walk quite a distance through the park. No extra charges. Will definitely engage them again in the future.
