ONE OF MY WORST EXPRIENCE ON CAROUSELL.The seller apparently told me his item was brand new after i when home and check the item found two used tissues in the left pocket was pretty mad already so i asked him if its was brand new he say he tried on once only then i ask the why go tissues then he say so story cut short i ask for refund he refuses and say that i might have used it.!!!??? bruv not recommended seller.
Went all the way to his convenience, did not check thoroughly and suddenly accused me of selling off a used item. Offered partial and full refund if he returns the item, went MIA then pops up after a week asking for a partial refund, changed his mind midway and wants a full refund. Now 20days after transaction still harassing me. Have already reported to Carousell and wonโt be replying any future messages.
Seller is nice, item is great. Too bad that we can't close the deal. My sincere apologise.
