tbh, buyer doesn't at all deserve even a star. husband was confident that wife wants it. at 3.40pm, i went out to meet the wife as she said she stay nearby me and could reach in 15 minutes. even texted her to let her know that i have left and replied okay. at 4.10pm, changed mind and cancelled deal. very horrible buyer with no sense of empathy.

I'm sorry but you are very terrible in selling, keep rushing my wife to come over you as she keep on telling you that she's with my daughter and you keep saying that you already downstair etcs while my wife told you that she coming abit late then you keep pestering her when it's not even her fault ,she already told you she will be abit late and that's why she decided to cancel on you as you are being impatient and don't understand the situation even my wife already informed you in advance. (:
