Time waster, dont actually wanna buy but been asking to buy for over 3 wks. Said he serious and want to buy, make offer, then say will get back to me, but go MIA. Buyer don't want mailing but cannot find the time to meetup for weeks? I ask if he's still interested cos he kept saying cannot meet, he says he's still interested but doesn't actually commit to deal.
