I've sent buyer picture proof with stamps on and tracking photo from my supplier. As stated on terms and condition i'm not responsible for lost mail previously. I offered to send her a free gift again! To make it up. As i know how it feels to buy something and item was lost. But i did not receive buyer's msg!
