Accepted my offer, and we had mutually agreed on a meeting time and place, but she sold it to someone else.
Follow-up review
Seller says I told her she could sell it to someone else if she wanted to, but that was before we had arranged to meet. Once agreeing on where and when to meet, it was expected she would stick to it. She sold it to someone else after we had arranged the meetup.
