Seller replies promptly. Opted for just delivery since the MRT pick up is a bit far from me. However, the item is close to being wrecked but seller still sold it. Showed pics of the breakage but has not heard back. She could have exchanged another item for it though. Many good reviews for seller, so this might just be an isolated case. Just sharing my experience.
