Very disappointed as item was not as described in notes, seal was already opened and it comes without a box. Seller advised that her mum has opened up the bottle to take a look but I think this reason is unacceptable. Seller should have checked that the item is still in brand new state before the transaction. Seller initially offered to do a refund but tried convincing me to accept the product as it is. Item does not look new though seller insisted that it was. Overall not a good experience.

Last minutes cancel the meet up when I already reached the location,was really disappointed,cos the meet up location is not at my convenient but I still make my effort to go down,won’t leave u negative feedback cos u really have a good attitude,but won’t buy anything from u anymore too
