Seller was prompt with communication. Item came within stated delivery time and a prompt easy meet up for exchange was arranged. Minor issue with watch coming in incorrect box with an instruction manual for a different model watch. Seller was easy to communicate to after purchase to settle issue. The watch looked as pictured and I was happy with the watch itself. Overall a good experience
