非常差的買家👎🏻收件後惡意挑剔問題👎🏻 收件人向我購買一對鞋，我順應要求寄件，因收件人住偏遠地區，順豐有偏遠地區附加費，相信收件人居住於有關地點亦同樣了解。 因貨物為一對yeezy，寄件時我要求順豐為貨件入箱以免貨件運送間破損，收費為$8。最後總收費大約八十多元，考慮到平時寄一對鞋收費約五六十元，我認為加上偏遠費用後的收費為正常，故寄出貨件。 收件人收件後稱運費貴而投訴，稱沒有要求我入箱，一般購買鞋類，為保障貨件品質，我都會入箱處理，以避免收貨後有任何爭議。在這進行多次交易第一次有買家有如此奇怪投訴，何況順豐收費收多根本對我沒有好處。 在解釋運費情況後，收件人就轉而稱鞋有問題有花，我在貨品上標示為較少使用，我標示的描述絕對相符，亦有圖片提供。雖然是二手鞋，但貨品狀態是非常好。 我已盡我責任寄件及確保運送時得到保護，貨品亦與圖片完全相符， 如果收貨人對為貨件保護有如此低要求，我只感到無奈。
Terrible seller. Shoes had a big scratch on it which he hid from photos and when I asked about it he said “go buy new shoe then it will be in perfect condition” Very rude. Also he got extra service when posting and I had to pay triple the postage for his decision. Then blames everyone else. Worse seller I’ve dealt with
