With external delivery issues, venting out anger & frustration towards the seller does not speed up delivery from a 3rd party service . Due diligence in delivery under caroupay was followed through on my end. Though assurance and follow ups have been provided by me, buyer should have been more reasonable and realistic. He could have directly contacted ninjavan for more timely updates.
