Despite our clear communication of terms and conditions prior to purchase, and this buyer’s confirmation after double-checking, he expressed dissatisfaction with the item and requested a refund. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate refunds post-purchase. We’re disappointed by the negative review stemming from his behavior.
2 years ago (edited)Use your common sense how can I check the internals on the same day. I did not blame you for external flaws. You did not expect me to open up the caseback right ?? Misleading seller all the way. How silly of me to believe brand new with such low price. I've learned my lessons and will warn the community about this.
