told her i am NOT RESPONSIBLE for the normal mail and urged her to get smartpac in the first place. she refused to top up and opted for nm. But when the stamp was lost and singpost sent back the parcel to me,gave her back money as i didnt want her to have a loss of money. Instead ofbeinggrateful, she said I wasted her time and demanded a free smartpac tho stamp was paid by me. Unreasonable😫
Follow-up review
You paid for nm which i have fully refunded. It is $1.50. (I didnt charge you for the lost stamp, it is just 50cents short of the $2 discount as promised. Hence i refunded $26.50 and not $25. smart pac is an additional $3.50 thats needed to be topped up as mentioned in the first place but buyer still feel so self- entitled to have a free registered postage. Really stingy😑
3 years ago (edited)Seller had nm as an option on listing, which i paid for (nt her). She had delayed replies, without any updates. When she finally replied, she mentioned that she will give a $2 discount( did not happen). It was ~1.5 wks when she mailed out, without keeping to her promises. She kept telling me ‘mailing out tmr’ while i waited.When parcel was returned w ‘lost stamps’, she demanded a top up when the stamps were not stuck on properly by her. She’s not responsible fr LOST mail not returned mail 🧐
