Buyer made request to wrap item and made own pick up arrangement which I acceded. Buyer engaged on pick up svc and expect me to be on standyby the whole day because the svc buyer engaged doesnt allow for specific pick up time. When I missed buyer alert of the pick up svc on the way ( as I was having online class) and did not hear a bell/ knock at the door buyer responded harshly. I did apologise
The seller has already received my payment of $35, but I have NOT received the item. This transaction is not completed, and it is unfair that I was left without the item or refund. I am requesting a full refund immediately.
Seller was prompt in responding and took good care of the item, she gave me a plastic to wrap the table so I could transport it back. Thank you again!
