Requested to see seller IC to verify his addr since we were meeting up at his condo lobby only. He did not want me to go to (outside) his unit so I told him to show me his IC to verify his address since I am buying a $100 router in 'good working condition'. I also told him that I am willing to show him my IC too to be fair. Then he abruptly cancelled the deal! Maybe afraid he is selling a lemon?
