Scam. Scam. Scam. The seller has no respect for the rights of the buyer. She only cares about the money, and shows no real concern notwithstanding having delivered an inherently defective item after deceptively misrepresenting it as new and free from defects. Now she chooses to ignore my messages and refuses to refund my payment.
Ikaw ang scam!! Requesting for full refund e obvious sa sinend mo sken na pic na naalis mo ung screw ng item kaya ikaw mismo ang nkasira ng item.. tska maayos kng pinadala ung item sau tpos ssbhn mng defective e ikw ang nakasira sinabi ko na nga po wala warranty kasi gift sa friend ko ung item

Im sorry but its the buyer's fault. She was the one who forcefully damage the item. I already escalate the issue to carousell team. Ive send the proof rather the pic from my buyer showing that she removed the screw from the item.
