I made an offer because I wanted to know more about the item, not because I had already decided to buy it. Don’t assume every customer who inquires is sure to buy. Some are still canvassing and comparing options. If you can’t accept that, you shouldn’t be selling. Don’t give me an unfair rating just because I didn’t respond immediately.
