Dress said to be BNIP, but there are stains and the paddings of the dress have been taken out without me being informed.

Received item but realised there is some stain on the white skirt and it was not mentioned during the selling at all. And even though it was mentioned that the item is BNIP but I found washed tickets in the pocket. Not genuinely BN per said. Dishonest about the condition of the item. Quite disappointed and the skirt is not like dirt cheap kind of price
