Great buyer to deal with, Punctual& Pleasant transaction.

Buyer confirmed he has defaulted on the transaction by written messages. The point of collection as stated clearly from the beginning was downstairs of the place I am staying yet buyer wanted the point of collection to be changed otherwise cancelled. I don’t find that fair. To me it sounded like a threat than trying to be fair. He made an offer, and I accepted the offer and I expect him to honour the deal.
