Asked about condition of item prior to purchase and seller claimed it was in good working condition. Found out that item was faulty after I started using it; seller was adamant that it was my fault for taking the risk for buying her low-cost item. The fact is that the seller sold defective product and refused to accept responsibility and pinned the blame on me for taking her word for the good condition of item. Beware of UNRELIABLE seller and her positive claims made on items!!!
Come back after almost about a mth of purchase claiming pdt is faulty and requested for refund. She claimed other sellers refunded her & even managed to get a $10 compensation. She wants me to be as 'gracious' n 'generous' as other seller. I dont noe y she seem to have so many incidence of 'defective' purchases. But if u r gonna be like this buyer so petty, dubious n unreasonable, pls bring ur biz elsewhere.
