Accepted the blessing request and informed me they would be coming soon after work. Sent multiple follow-up messages asking for an update but received no further response. The item was never collected and no explanation was given. I understand plans can change but basic communication would have been appreciated. The lack of courtesy and follow-through wasted my time. Disappointing experience.
