Buyer asked for refund claiming that the water( from her house ) dispense from the dispenser is “not clean”, I refunded her to get the item back just to proof to myself that it is not possible. True enough, water from my house went in and came out clear and clean. My only explanation- buyer change her mind but claim that item is “faulty “. A rare Unpleasant experience on carousel.
