User agreed to pay $12 via cash deposit. She only deposited $10 (why?), and claimed that $2 was mailed out via cc. I didn't receive the mail, so she claimed to mail $2 out again. On both occasions, no mailing proof was provided because she claimed that she wasn't the one mailing the cash. I didn't receive the second mail either. This user then abandoned this account.
