seller is friendly and nice. even though the item took longer than stated to arrive, she apologized politely. delayed the mailing out process by a few days but thats fine with me but i asked for reg mail, she normal mailed it for me instead. apologized and provided me a video proof. honestly ,it isnt a rlly smooth deal but in the end, i got my item so no troubles. very sincere and kind seller. but need to improved on the delays of mail part and reg/normal mail. thanks!

Wanted to leave a neutral feedback but i feel tht to be fair since my shop holds the same policy "Not responsible for lost mails". Its a rather gr8 deal,cuz i met seller's sis to make payment since she's not free,which shows tht Seller is responsible & she is nice to nego for me as im cash tight. I rly appreciate the effort. However,im also rly disappointed in the deal at the same time becuz i didnt get my item after all. Imo,i think service can be improve like mayb a refund? Ofc,not forcefully.
