William went out of his way to ensure his responsibility to us was met. His team cancelled on the morning of the move leaving us stuck with no options. William spent a few hours to arrange for another sub-contractor to fill-in, possibly at net cost to himself, and although the move was delayed a few hours the new team did their job well and project was completed to our full satisfaction. Reliable!

Fantastic service, very professional! I'd give 6 stars if I can. After checking with a number of movers, WM is the most valued for money and you'd think that cheap price means bad service but no, WM really takes pride in their work from dismantling , wrap, deliver and finally assemble, super professional! One of the rare occasions that I'd say cheap and good! Keep up the good work team! Thank you!
