The item was sealed upon purchase. The Buyer was told “ item are As is were is NO refund “. And BUYER AGREED ! I have proof per our conversation ! As consolation, I even refunded 100.00 since I have no way of checking if it’s really our ink that had a problem. There was no definite proof that it was really our ink, it’s just the buyers word against the truth. He just sent a picture of a printout. Everyone please be careful ! Check the reviews of this buyer.
