Buyer had came to check the tv for a good 10mins, confirmed that the condition of the tv is up to his expectation before making payment. However, my husband saw rough handling and the buyer was struggling when trying to load a 65 inch tv into a small sedan car. Subsequently, buyer texted to insist on a refund claiming that the tv had LED damages. Please be careful with dealing with this buyer.
