I was expecting a color black unit on this transaction. Seller just gave me a discount of ₱300 to get both color white units. So I had to get a 3rd unit for my desired color (black). Unfortunately, the black unit has dent & glue residue on the bottom part, I was asking if I can have it exchanged & I was also asking for the store's receipt, seller keeps saying he'll work on it but to no avail.

Unit is original Vivo V17 Pro. Seller even delivered the item to our place. He also provided a receipt for the item I bought so I can use it for service warranty purposes. Though I had to bug him overnight to get the receipt.
