Bad experience. Under Carousell protection, I would have return for refund But due to miscommunication with Customer Svc , mistakenly click “order received” and alas $191 damage! Item was listed as Excellent Condition and Lightly used. However upon receipt error code E3 persisted. Video from seller didnt highlight this, and screen with E3 only on screen for 1 sec. Seller dishonest.

Seller sold a machine with error code “E3”. It was not known to me until I received the with “Buyer Protection”. I was advised to “Raise a dispute” for Carousell’s intervention, however clicked “order received” and Carousell couldn’t help recover the course. Bad experience! Seller insisted she is right to sell this item branded as “excellent condition” and I should have known.
