Buyer is responsive, however showed frustration on the condition of item while posting questions on my laundry techniques. I have recommended her to direct her questions to BTV directly as I am truly unsure about the different in colour of the clothing etc.

The seller sold an item not as described. She described it as like new, but it was shrunk and discolored through her wash( she never admit that, rather, asked me to check with the brand. A bit funny). You can see the condition of the item in my review to her. What is worse, She can give you poor rating just because you questioned her item.
