The seller advertised the dishwasher as new item never used. We received the machine that was dirty, smelly and wrapped in the plastic that was impossible to take off without scratching the surface. When we tried to negotiate the solution he refused to take it back unless we pay for transport for the second time and was not willing to cooperate at all. Very bad experience, regret the money spent!
Dishwasher was advertised as used and not a new unit. Issue reported were plastic shrink wrapped is sticking to machine and having difficulty in removal. Second issue reported was, smell in the unit. Since the unit was not used for a while there was some smell developed due to residual water. I was ok to take back and refund provided the unit is sent back. Not sure what else can I offer.
Transaction was smooth and seller replied promptly. Recommended
