This seller is ridiculous for her untrue comments. I didn't text her "every day" to check the status, it's just a random text to see if she has mail out the item so I can expect when to receive it. I even paid for the postage fee as advised by her. On a courtesy basis, I still text her to inform I have received the item and left her a good review initially, but I changed to a negative comment since she is being unreasonable.
