Certainly not a good experience to be made wait at guard house of condo for half an hour and not replying messages, Was asked to meet 9pm and I waited patiently till 930 The item received jack daniel taste doesn’t match original When asked where is it bought from, no reply received at all while message is read! My first unpleasant experience in carousel in 5 years, Cheers
