Polite seller but the item is not authentic as it stated. Seller refused to refund by selling fake item. I asked the authenticity of the product before purchase and she clearly stated "Hi yes it is an LV authentic, only difference is it comes without retail barcode." And after I received the product and tried to confront with her, then she changed the item description to premium instead of authentic.
