Buyer is extremely irresponsible. He has no courtesy to inform seller in advance that he couldn't make it till I called him. Despite the apology for the first meet up, he, again, did not inform in advance for not turning up for the second meet up, albeit he has given his words. He is an unreliable, inconsiderate and incorrigible man. Please don't give your word to anything you can't promise to and no sense of initiating an apology for not turning up for a deal. Such a waste of my time!
